When Professor Artie Facts' expedition unseals the burial chamber of Queen Tootsiwootsi, they get a taste of the curses threatened in ancient scrolls to any who dare disturb the queen's rest. The mysterious Allura and her sidekick, Ben-Dare Dundat, intend to awaken the mummy from the dead by transferring the spirit of Professor Facts' niece, Sue Hara, into the queen! Meanwhile, Sue tries to balance her career aspirations with her romantic feelings for soldier of fortune Niles Banks. To complicate matters, headmistress Pristine Manners arrives on the scene with her four finishing school students, unaccustomed to such barbaric accommodations. Will Niles understand that Sue is a modern woman who must pursue her career dreams? Will he even have a chance if Allura succeeds at her evil plan? And will Allura's hapless henchmen, Abba Dabba-Doo and Shah Nahnah, be able to remember which is the sleeping potion and which is the love potion? set in the 1920s, this comic thriller is full of memorable characters, a wacky chase scene and a touch of romance, plus a mummifying surprise ending that'll have your audiences wrapped up with laughter!
