This show centers on an attractive mother forced to attend college with her daughter. It's the last thing the daughter wants! "But I'm a sophomore," protests Susan. "How can I have a mother who's a freshman!" Abby's reason for going to college with her daughter is financial. The only way she can afford to keep Susan in school is to accept an unusual but most generous scholarship that provides enough money for them both to go.
