'Rie must work much harder than she thought to become a famous work of art, and Degas must overcome his failing eyesight to work with the smartest model he's ever encountered. Together, the two of them learn to embrace the passionate challenge of making art. Dance, rhythmic language, and century-shifting action make this a dramatic adventure packed with meaning and momentum.
