They're all here: Hagar, the spunky "hero" of the Viking Age, whose bumbling is as constant as his bellowing; Lucky Eddie, his idiotic sidekick; Hamlet, his budding pacifist son; and Honi, his independent daughter. Of course there is Helga, the perfect Viking wife who, although not a salty sailor, has a salty tongue that evens all scores with her mate. Adding to the fun are scheming mermaids and a rowdy Viking crew. Hagar's having his problems. Invading far-off lands has lost its fun and excitement. So Dr. Zook, the local doctor, recommends a career change. Hagar's mid-life crisis quickly becomes one which involves family, friends and crew and results in setting a course toward madcap misadventures.
