When Wilbur Mouse III complains to Gramps that living in the country is boring, Gramps tells of his own adventure to the city a long time ago to visit his city mouse cousin Dudley. Exploits abound as Wilbur nearly falls victim to Hugo, a conniving rat who gathers mice for Dr. Katzenbach's evil experiments. A quartet of very hip, mouse chasing (but not mouse eating!) cats help Dudley, Flossie and Minnie rescue Wilbur, and Hugo decides to become their booking agent as they all break into show business. Lively tunes and non-stop action make this an energetic children's musical that is a snap to produce.
