The Mask
Author(s):
Dorothy R. Murphree
Four young people put on masks in order to discuss more freely their thoughts about the issues confronting them: their need, in varying degrees, for each other; their thoughts on war and the draft, love and togetherness; and what they really believe in and want. This is a dramatic presentation of the impasse confronting many of today's youth. Masks are necessary if they are to reveal their inner thoughts. Area staging.
