More about The Wonderful Western Hat:

The Wonderful Western Hat

Author(s):
Ev  Miller

Adrian Willis is a pushover! His boss makes him work extra hours for little pay, the elevator man bullies him, the girl at the magazine stand is rude to him, and a girl in his office wishes he would assert himself and ask her out. But Willis will not stand up to anyone. Then one night he stops by a tobacco shop only to find it has been changed suddenly into a store that sells western hats. The clerk persuades him to buy one, and Adrian Willis' life is dramatically reversed by his "wonderful western hat." Do clothes really make the man? Is how we dress important in the way we act? Or is there really a magical western hat? This play will pose those questions and more to your actors and your audience—with a wonderful western hat answer! Area staging.
