This play has two marvelous roles. The first is a widower who dreams for years of spending his retirement in Florida. He has his plane ticket, his fishing rod and his sun helmet all ready to go. At the last minute, his married daughter, the other role, tells him her husband has left her. She asks her father to stay in New York to help take care of his grandchildren. He is undecided. The interplay between them is filled with subtexts. Finally, with a look at his wife's photograph, the widower makes his decision. One int. set.
