A Quiet End
Author(s):
Robin Swados
Three AIDS patients-- a teacher, an unemployed actor, and an aspiring jazz pianist-- are living togther in a run-down apartment in Manhattan. Their illness has cost all three their jobs and their families. As they undergo pyschiatric therapy (with a heard, but unseen therapist), and interact with a former lover (still healthy, but concerned about the future), the play explores friendship, loyalty, and love, and the human side of the AIDS crisis.
