Santa Sees a Shrink
Author(s):
Bill Majeski
Santa has given up and "thrown in the towel." The demands of his job have driven him to the point of a nervous collapse. Santa's wife, Indemnity Claus, suggests an emotional therapist, and Santa grudgingly agrees. Imagine the psychiatrist's reaction as Santa explains his job! Santa takes the "shrink's" advice however: "Look at some other holidays for a change, and see if they have anything to offer." Only when Santa helps out his beleaguered mailman by letting him have the honor of being Santa for one Christmas night does Mr. Claus get back into the holiday spirit once again. This is a wonderful fantasy for production at any time of year.
