Director's Notes for The Great American Cheese Sandwich

A giant cheese sandwich is necessary for the table. I used painted couch foam (painted as bread), round stryfoam circle (tomato), crumpled painted muslin cloth (lettuce) and a this sheet of couch foam for cheese.
