Director's Notes for The Vast Difference

I just finished directing this play with a very innovative community theater group in Eastern Connecticut. It is very non-linear, intentionally confusing to the audience, but one that reveals great delights in the watching. A highly flexible and intelligent cast is necessary. One that requires " a lot of direction" will suffer. Lighting and sound are difficult but important. This is a wonderful and hilarious but bittersweet comedy that deserves great exposure.
